- The Boston Turnpike is a big tunnel that runs under a large body of water. It's in need of repair but The Big Dig is way over budget. They are going to have to dig deeper into Uncle Sam's wallet to finish the project. Ouch! 1
- The Colorado State patrol has stopped a cowboy riding his horse on a busy highway. The police say the horse is a road hazard. Behind the policeman there are numerous road hazards on the highway. 1
- This is the politician who fooled the people who paid the freight bill that included the tax that fixed the road the truck broke. (Snake) corporation tax hoax. I don't think corporations pay taxes. They pass along the cost of doing business to consumers. 1
- Trucker asks state patrol officer, What makes you think I'm overweight? The truck is obviously sinking through the paved road. Trucks cause most of the wear and tear on Colorado's roads. Perhaps the owners should pay higher taxes. 1
