Description
Estate known as Claremont or The Trianon located at 21 Broadmoor Avenue in Colorado Springs. This was the Baldwin estate built in 1906 and named Claremont, done as a smaller copy of the Grand Trianon, a French chateau. It eventually became the home of the Colorado Springs School. Photo is referenced as "D52" in "Historic Sites & Structures El Paso County, Colorado" by Elaine Freed and David Barber.
