The aircraft depicted is a Longren AK bi-plane manufactured at the Longren Aircraft Corporation factory in Topeka, Kansas, prior to its closure in 1926. In 1927 the newly established Alexander Aircraft Company purchased the assets of Longren Aircraft Corporation and opened a factory in Englewood, Colorado.
