She discusses the cattle company and its history|especially the reasons for switching from cattle to hogs in 1969 and the differences between cattle and hog operations. She discusses the diseases that affect hogs. She defines terms related to hog production and explains the processes for raising and slaughtering the hogs. She discusses managing the workers at the Weisbart Hog Farm. She explains the relationship between the hog feeder and the packing plant. She discusses problems and processes of the hog feeding business.
